All Forms Reporting

Purpose

This document outlines the process of how to locate all forms completed by employees within the Green Leaf Elevated System.

How to Access the All Forms Report

Log into your Elevated account and navigate from your menu to the Team Tab > HR > Forms > All Forms

This report will show you all government forms and custom forms in the system.


Column Headers

  1. Employee Id - Displays the Id assigned to the employee.
  2. Employee First Name, Employee Last Name - Displays the name of the employee that the form is assigned to.
  3. Employee EIN - Displays the EIN the employee is assigned to. Please keep in mind you will only see this column if your company is a multi-EIN. 
  4. Employee Status - Displays the account status of the employee (i.e. Active, Terminated).
  5. Form Name - Displays the name of the form that is assigned to the employee.
  6. Status - Displays the status of the form assigned to the employee (i.e. New, Employee Completed, Verified, Verified (Online), Processed)
    1. New - This status means the form is assigned and waiting to be completed by the employee.
    2. Employee Completed - This status means the form has been completed and submitted by the employee and is now waiting for further processing.
    3. Verified - This status is displayed for custom forms once the form has processed through the workflow. 
    4. Verified (Online) - This status is displayed for I9 forms once the form has been verified and finalized by an admin user.
    5. Processed - This status is displayed for withholding forms once the form has been processed and finalized by an admin user.
  7. Created - Displays the date the form was assigned to the employee.


Functional Buttons

  1. View Form - This button will allow you to see the form just as the end user who submitted the form does.
  2. Employee Information - This button will take you directly to the employee profile (accessible across most reports in the system).
  3. Employee Quick Links and Actions - This button will open a window that displays functionality across the system, same as the 'Utilities' button within the employee profile.
