How to Run a Base Compensation Report

In this article, we will review the steps to run a base compensation report. This feature allows you to view all employees and their base compensation history, organized by date and amount.



Navigate to the menu (3 lines in the upper left corner) Team> HR>Reports>Employee Maintenance>Base Compensation History



The default date for when an employee was hires is 12/31/1900



The example below, the test employee started at $10.00 per hour and was increased to $9,000 per month on 7/27/2022



Use the filter option to pull specific data
  1. For example, if I want to know base compensation for anything after 7/1/2022, I will use the ">=" (greater than or equal to) option.
