Purpose
This document outlines the process on How to Locate Your W2 form(s) and How to Give Consent to Receive My W-2 Electronically within the Green Leaf Elevated System.
Step 1: Year-End Information
Before the end of each year, please ensure accuracy of your W2 by taking a moment to review all personal information on file, including your Social Security Number, Address, and Name.
Please note:
Your name should match your legal name and may only contain a hyphen as a special character.
If your address is outdated, please follow the steps to update your information before year-end. You can find the instructions [HERE].
For updates to your Social Security Number or Name, please contact your direct manager.
Taking these steps now will help ensure a smooth W-2 distribution.
Step 2: How to Find Your W2
To find your W2 in the system, navigate to Hamburger Menu >"My Info" tab > My Pay Information >My W2 Forms.
Alternatively, from your dashboard, Click on My Pay Information> My W2 Forms
Click on this "magnifying glass" icon on the left to view or download your W2.
Step 3: How to Give Consent to Receive My W2 Electronically
In this part of the guide, we’ll walk you through how to give electronic consent by selecting an option, saving your choice, and finalizing the action with your password. Follow the simple steps below:
You now have the option to receive your W-2 exclusively through your Green Leaf Portal. If you wish to receive only an electronic copy of your W-2, please make this selection before the end of the current tax year.
Important Reminders:
By choosing electronic delivery, you will not receive a paper copy in addition to the electronic version.
To opt for electronic copies only, you must sign a consent form within the system.
Once consented to, this choice will apply to future tax years unless you revoke your electronic consent.
Please see the instructions below on how to “Elect Electronic Consent” and how to “Revoke” it if needed. For any questions, please contact your direct manager.
To give Electronic Consent, login to your account, navigate to the Hamburger Menu > My Info tab > My Pay > Forms > W2
Now choose "Electronic Consent" in the upper right hand corner as seen below.
Now, a box will pop up as seen below. Check the box then hit SAVE. At that point, you will be prompted to enter your password as your electronic consent.
You're all set! By completing this process before the year-end deadline, you'll ensure that your W-2 form will be provided exclusively as a soft copy online. Your employer will no longer send a hard copy by mail, so you’ll be able to access and download it directly through the online portal.

Step 4: To Revoke Electronic Consent
If you wish to receive a hard copy of your W2 and are currently enrolled in electronic forms, you must "Revoke" your electronic consent.
To do so, login to your account, navigate to the Hamburger Menu > My Info tab > My Pay > Forms > W2
Locate the "Electronic Consent" Button: Navigate to the upper right of the page and click on the Electronic Consent button.
Review Your Current Enrollment Status: If you’re currently enrolled, a pop-up box will appear. You’ll see a checkbox for "Receive Form W2 Electronically" that is already checked.
Uncheck the Box: To opt out of electronic-only delivery, simply uncheck this box.
Save Your Changes: After unchecking the box, click SAVE. This action will confirm your preference to receive a hard copy of your W-2 form by mail.
Once the box is unchecked and saved, you will be prompted to enter your password. After you enter your password, the pop-up as seen below will reflect your election.
After completing these steps, you’ll receive a paper copy of your W-2 by mail in addition to any digital copy available online.
