How to Download Timesheets for Terminated Employees

Purpose   

This document outlines the process of download historical timesheets for a terminated within the Green Leaf Elevated System.

If you have any questions regarding a specific terminated employee or how to download their historical timesheets within your system, please reach out to your assigned payroll specialist or the Payroll Department email at payroll@greenleafbizsolutions.com for more information.

   Step 1: Login and Navigate to the Employee's Profile       

  1. Log into your Elevated account and navigate to: Main Menu > Team Tab > My Team > Employee Information 

  2. In the "First Name" column, filter by the employee's first name

  3. In the "Employee Status" column, filter by "=" and "Terminated"

  4. Select the "Refresh" arrow on the right of the screen

 

   

Step 2: Locate the Employee Quick Links  

  1. Select the "Employee Quick Links" Icon

Step 3: Quick Links & Actions   Pop-Up Window

  1. Select "All Timesheets" from the pop-up window

 

 

Step 4: Downloading Historical Timesheets  

  1. Select the blue pill filter on the left of your screen to change the date range appearing on the report.

 

  1. Select the Date Range from the drop-down menu

  2. Select "Apply"

 

 

  1. Select the "Preview Timesheet" icon

  2. Select the Ellipses (...) on the right

  3. Select "Print"

 

  1. Select the Printer type from the drop-down menu, "Microsoft Print to PDF"

  2. Select "Print"

    1. This will download the timesheet to your desktop
