Purpose
At any point in Elevated you may receive multiple iterations of the same type of To-Do Item in your Mailbox to approve at once (i.e., Timesheet Change Requests, Time Off Requests, Benefit Enrollment Approvals, etc.). This article outlines the steps needed to select multiple of the same type of To-Do Item and mass approve them when needed. Please keep in mind that you are only able to mass approve/reject items of the same type and that it is recommended to review each request individually before mass approving.
Mass Approving To-Do Items
Login to your Elevated account and click the Bell Icon in the upper right hand corner. You will automatically land on your My To Do Items tab. If there are more To-Do items in your inbox than the 5 that the page shows by default, click on the Page link on the left hand side of the screen and increase the number of items shown up to a maximum of 200 per page.
Once you are satisfied with the number of results on the page, you can select the checkbox next to one of the To-Do Item types you want to approve, and the Select All box will become available. This checkbox will allow you to select all items of that type showing on that page.
Please Note: Once an item is Approved, additional action may be needed to make changes later, and some Approved items cannot be altered or deleted from the system. If you are unsure about whether you should mass approve items or not, it is best to default to reviewing and approving one at a time.
Once the To-Do Items you are looking to approve are selected, click the Approve button in the To-Do Item you have open , and a pop-up will give you the opportunity to review all of the material you are approving at once as well as an Approve All button.
Once all of your To-Do Items of that variety are completed on each of the Pages, the Mass Approve process is Complete!
