How to Move an Applicant Through the Hiring Stages

In this article, we will outline the steps for moving an applicant through the hiring stages in the system. This feature allows you to accurately track where a candidate is in the hiring process.

Navigate to the menu (3 lines in the upper left corner) Team> Recruitment>Candidates>Job Applications


Select the candidate
From the Job Applications dashboard, select the applicant you wish to update by selecting the pencil icon. 


Once you select pencil: 

  1. You will see the hiring stages on the top.
  1. Click inside the circle to update where the candidate is within the hiring process.
  1. This feature is customizable; the system allows you to add or remove which hiring stages appear.
  1. Update the applicant Status
  1. Select the dropdown to select the correct status.
