Purpose

This article outlines the process of how to set up a validated email address in Elevated.

Adding the Mail Account

• Navigate to the Menu > Settings > Global Setup > Mail Addresses
• Select Add New
• Name: Enter a name for the email address
• Send From Address: Enter the email address
• Ensure the Active box is checked
• Select to Save

Validating the Email Address

• Select the Send Test Email button
• Send To: Enter your own email address
• Select OK

• A six digit code will be sent to your email address from the Send From Address that you entered above. After you have received the code, enter it in the prompt on the screen and select OK.

• After entering the six digit code, you will see the status update to Validated.
  

After the email address is validated, you will now be able to select it in the From dropdown for all system communications!
