Purpose
This document outlines how to view an Organization Chart within the Green Leaf Elevated System. Please note that this view will be based on your individual company structure, and this guide is intended to show you the features of the Organization Chart, and how to navigate to it.
How to View The Organization Chart
Log into your Elevated account and navigate from your menu to the My Info Tab > My Company > Organization Chart.
Once there, you will see the chart for all employees assigned to you, and, if applicable, which manager has you assigned to them.
By clicking the name of the person above you, the organization chart will open to show you all of the employees that they have assigned to them, which will allow you to go up all of the levels until there are no more to view.
Exporting Organization Charts
You can export the Organization Chart by clicking the Export button at the upper right hand corner of the screen. Once you click this, a pop-up will appear that will have some options for you to choose from:
- Start From Employee - By selecting this option, you can choose which employee you would like to start the Organization Chart to begin.
- Start From Company Node - By selecting this option, you can choose to start from the Company Node, and see the Organization Chart from the top down.
- Number of Levels Down - This option allows you to choose how many levels down you would like to view from the starting point starting from 3 and going to All levels.
- Layout - This allows you to view the layout as a Single Page, Multiple Pages - Entire Chart, or Multiple Pages - Per Employee. *Note that based on the size of your company, you may get a warning if you select the Single Page option, as it will be a very large file.
- Orientation - This allows you view the chart as either Horizontal or Vertical view.
- Node Alignment - This will allow you to choose the alignment of your chart, by either the center of the page, left, or right.
- Display Photos - By checking this box, the report will show the employees' profile photos, if applicable.
