If you have questions about Skills, Scheduled Cost Centers, or Scheduler Profiles, or need clarification on how these features function, please contact your manager or assigned specialist.

Overview

Navigate to the Advanced Schedules page using the search bar or the following path:

Main Menu > Team tab > Schedule icon > Advanced Scheduling > Schedules

Once on the Schedules page, locate the Try the new experience toggle in the top-right corner and enable it. This will update the page layout to the New Experience interface.

You can switch back to the original view at any time by turning the toggle off.

Tip: You can move between both experiences as needed to take advantage of different features.

Scroll down to the People & Skills section and select People. This will open the People page, where you can update each employee’s scheduler assignments.

To view current assignments, go to the relevant column and select the hyperlink number next to the employee you want to review.

To make bulk updates, select the checkbox(es) next to the employees you want to update.

WarningAny changes made will apply to all selected employees.

Once a checkbox is selected, the Mass Edit option will appear in the top right corner.

Select Mass Edit to open the menu, where you can update Skills, Scheduled Cost Centers, and Scheduler Profiles for the selected employees.

Click Apply Change to save your updates. You can review changes at any time using this same report or the Advanced Scheduler Employee Audit.
