New Hire Export Reporting

Purpose 

This document outlines how to run the New Hire (Exported Employees) report within the Green Leaf Elevated System.

How to Run the New Hire (Exported Employees) Report 

Log into your Elevated account and navigate from your menu to the Team Tab > HR > Reports > HR Maintenance > New Hire (Exported Employees).

This report will default to showing you a list of exported new hires for the current month.


Notes
Please Note: Green Leaf automatically exports these new hires on a bi-weekly basis and reports them to the appropriate parties.


Column Headers 

  1. Export By - Shows the name of the individual who last exported this new hire's data out of Elevated

  2. Export by EIN - Will always show a value of "Default" due to back-end configuration

  3. Export Type - Shows the type of data export

  4. 'Add to New Hire Export' Updated - Will show a value of "Y" if the new hire's data was already exported out of the system

  5. Exported On - Shows the date and time that the new hire's data was exported out of Elevated.
