Quarter End Packages

Quarter End Packages

To locate Quarter End Documents such as 941s, 940s, and State-related documents, navigate to the Hamburger Menu > Team Icon > Payroll > Reports > Taxes > Tax Documents.

Once in the Tax Documents section, a list of packages will appear as seen below.

Click on the "download" icon to download the package for your records.

For clients with multiple EINs on file, it's advised to add the "File Name" criteria to clearly see the name of the file to download. To add these criteria, click on the ellipses in the upper right > add/remove columns > move "File Name" to the right > Apply

Now the name of the file will appear, making a selection of return to download easier.

Note: Green Leaf will only post Quarter Returns for time frames Green Leaf is actively filing returns on the company's behalf. For example, if Green Leaf did not file Quarter 1, due to your start date being in Quarter 2, only Quarter 2 would appear.
