Updated Features for Mass Upload - Mobile View
The following updates have been made to the Mass Upload Mobile View:
The Mobile view Drop Zone only displays browse files.
The Mobile view title is now properly aligned.
Validation is no longer required on every edit to the file inputs.
This release expands bulk shift editing capabilities, giving schedulers greater flexibility and precision when managing shifts across the schedule board. The following items are included.
Custom Shift Fields in Bulk Edit: Schedulers can now add, edit, or clear Custom Shift Field values across multiple shifts in a single bulk edit action, bringing custom field management in line with other shift properties.
Remove/Clear Checkbox for Additional Fields: The bulk edit panel now includes a dedicated Remove checkbox for Credentials, Certifications, Break, and Shift Name — matching the behavior already in place for Skill and Scheduled Cost Center. This allows schedulers to explicitly clear these fields across all selected shifts without ambiguity, since leaving a field blank in the form cannot otherwise be interpreted as intent to remove it.
Bulk Edit Extended to Daily and Monthly Calendar Views: Multi-shift selection and bulk editing — previously limited to the Weekly Calendar View — are now available in the Daily and Monthly Calendar Views as well, providing a consistent bulk edit experience regardless of which view a scheduler is working in. Hold down the Ctrl key and select shifts over multiple days. Then, click on a shift to display the Shifts window, which also displays the number of selected shifts. The new Manage in Bulk link and subsequent Bulk Edit Shift window allows you to adjust the shift details, including day and time, qualifications, assignments, and additional shift settings.
Filter and Select via Calendar View: Schedulers can now select all visible shifts on the weekly, daily, or monthly calendar view and send them into the existing bulk edit workflow without leaving the calendar. After filtering the calendar to the desired set of shifts, a new Select All button selects all currently displayed shifts. From there, clicking Manage In Bulk proceeds with the standard bulk edit flow. This eliminates the need to navigate to a separate page to scope a bulk edit — filters already applied to the calendar define the target set.
Bulk Edit Confirmation Page: A new confirmation step will display all selected shifts with key identifying details and run conflict checks to determine which bulk actions are valid before any changes are applied.
Assignability Preferences in Bulk Edit : Bulk edit will be extended to support Assignability Preferences — including Allow Conflicts, Listed As Available, Ignore Role, Ignore Contracts/Credentials, Allow Overtime, and Ignore Time Off — giving schedulers the ability to override current configurations across multiple shifts at once.
Bulk Auto Assign Across a Selection of Shifts: Auto Assign is now available as a bulk action. Schedulers can select a set of shifts and run Auto Assign across all of them in a single operation. The existing Auto Assign engine and eligibility rules are unchanged — this adds the orchestration layer to apply it at bulk scale.
Open shifts in the selection are processed by Auto Assign normally
Shifts that are already assigned are skipped (no reassignment attempted)
The results summary distinguishes between successful assignments, failures, and shifts skipped because they were already assigned
Individual Shift Publish/Unpublish: An investigation is underway to assess the feasibility of publishing and unpublishing individual shifts independently, without affecting the rest of the schedule — a capability currently only available at the schedule level.
Previously, managers posting open shifts could only broadcast requests to all qualified employees on the schedule using the Send to All Employees from Schedule checkbox. There was no way to target a specific subset of employees, making it difficult to limit open shift notifications to a particular group.
What's New
The Manage Open Shifts dialog now includes a Send to Saved View option alongside the existing schedule-wide option. Managers can select a saved view from a dropdown, and open shift requests are sent only to qualified employees within that view.
The Manage Open Shifts popup presents a choice between sending to the full schedule or to a specific saved view.
When Send to Saved View is selected, open shift requests are delivered only to employees who are both listed in the chosen saved view and qualified for the shift.
Historical Certificate Availability
A new In Progress learning status is available for courses and learning paths. This status indicates that a learner has started, but not yet completed, a training assignment. Elevated now reflects the learner's current progress as reported by the Learning module.
The In Progress status is displayed in:
The Status column of the Learning report
The Learning Status column of the Trainings / Certifications report
"Progress Percentage" Column in the Learning Report
A new Progress % column is available in the Learning Report through the Add/Remove Columns option.
The column displays:
0 for assigned courses that have not been started
1–99 for courses in progress
100 for completed courses
Blank when progress information is unavailable
Learning Statuses
Elevated now supports the following learning statuses:
Assigned – The course or learning path has been assigned but not started. Progress is 0%.
In Progress - The learner has started the course or learning path. Progress ranges from 1% to 99%.
Completed - The course or learning path has been completed. Progress is 100%.
Additional Support for "In Progress" Status
The In Progress status is also reflected throughout Elevated:
To Do Items: Courses and learning paths remain in the employee's To Do items after they are started and are removed only after completion.
My Learning: Items with an In Progress status remain in their existing Assigned or Enrolled section on the My Learning page until they are completed. If Elevated receives an In Progress status without a prior assignment or enrollment record, the item is placed in the Assigned section by default.
Elevated Recruitment now supports the ability to mass update Job Application Status directly from the Job Application Report.
Recruiters and HR administrators can now select multiple job applications at once and update their status in a single action — eliminating the need to open and update each application individually.
Value
Saves significant time for recruiters who previously had to update job application statuses one at a time — a tedious and error-prone process when dealing with high applicant volumes.
What Changed
Recruiter Experience
When an applicant signs an offer letter and downloads it, the downloaded document now includes the applicant's signature at the bottom of each page — matching the signed-offer rendering already available to managers in the MSS/Manager "View Signed Offer" experience.
Before signing: Downloaded document contains no signature
After signing: Downloaded document displays the applicant's signature on each page.
Dynamic Download Button — Label Changes Based on Signing Status
Static 'Offer Letter' download buttons across the system have been updated with a single dynamic button whose label and behavior adapt based on whether the offer letter has been signed:
Before signing: Button reads Download Draft → delivers the unsigned PDF.
After signing: Button reads Download Signed Offer → delivers the signed PDF.
Location | Change |
Applicant Portal — Single Offer Letter | Replaced static "Download Offer" with dynamic button |
Applicant Portal — Multiple Offer Letters View | Applied dynamic button to each offer letter in the list |
MSS View | Removed split button ("View Signed Offer" / "Download Offer"); replaced with single dynamic button |
Applicant Documents Widget | Dynamic button replaced "Download File"; "Signed Offer Letter" column removed |
Employee Documents Widget | Dynamic button replaced "Download File"; "Signed Offer Letter" column removed |
Employee Documents Report | Dynamic button replaced "Download File" |
Value
Eliminates confusion from applicants receiving unsigned copies of offer letters they have already signed.
Creates a consistent, predictable download experience across all user roles and system views.
Removes redundant UI elements (split buttons, duplicate signed offer columns) that cause uncertainty.
Retroactive behavior ensures no historical signed offer letters are left in a broken state.
Elevated Recruitment now includes a Hiring Stages Change History Report, giving HR teams a dedicated audit trail for every hiring stage change made on a job application.
Key Features
Audit Trail: Log of every hiring stage change, including the stage updated to, the date/time of the change, and who made it.
Report Columns: Default columns displayed out of the box, with the ability to add or remove additional columns to tailor the view.
Filtering & Sorting: Pre-filtered to the current month by default, with options to adjust the date range. Results sort by most recent change first.
Action Buttons: Navigate directly from the report to the related Job Application or Applicant record.
Security Permission: A new dedicated security permission controls access to this report, including an additional checkbox to allow the user to see all hiring stage changes within the company and not just the hiring stages they can access. The Hiring Stages Change History Report permission is in the Recruitment section under the HR tab of security profiles.
