Drag and Drop Non-Frozen Columns to Frozen Section
Details
In responsive reports, users can now drag non-frozen columns into the frozen columns section of a report if there are available slots in the frozen columns section (maximum of five frozen columns). If all five slots in the frozen section are used, columns cannot be dragged into the frozen section.
Report Modernization: New Shortcut to Add/Remove Columns and Manage Custom Columns
Details
In responsive reports, users can now more easily find the shortcuts to add/remove columns and to manage custom columns in the top right corner of the report table.
Report Modernization: Updated Styling and Icons
Details
To match the refreshed visuals of responsive reports and enhance usability, the styles and icons of the drop-down menus for report columns have been updated.
Details
Please Note: This feature requires the E-Verify module to be enabled.
A new Unlink E-Verify Request action is now available in the web Form I-9. This feature allows users to remove the link between a Form I-9 and a closed or incomplete E-Verify case.
Background
Previously, if an E-Verify case was closed due to incorrect information, users could not submit a new request for the same Form I-9. Instead, they had to create a new form, resulting in extra effort and duplication.
What's New
E-Verify administrators can now unlink closed, incomplete cases directly within the existing Form I-9. This enables them to submit a new E-Verify request with corrected information, without creating a new form. An E-Verify administrator is defined as the Contact person configured on the Solutions Exchange Product Settings page for E-Verify.
How It Works
The Unlink E-Verify Request option is available when all of the following conditions are met:
- The Form I-9 is linked to an E-Verify case.
- Case Status is Closed.
- Current Case Result is Case Incomplete.
When you select Unlink E-Verify Request, a confirmation pop-up appears to prevent accidental actions.
After confirmation:
The Unlink E-Verify Request option is removed from the form.
The Add E-Verify Request button becomes available.
A new case can be submitted with updated information.
Managing Duplicate Cases
If a new case is submitted after unlinking a previous request, a Duplicate Cases Found message may appear.
To proceed, the E-Verify administrator must select Continue and provide an explanation in the Reason for Continuing Case field.
HR Actions
The existing Pending HR Action widget has been renamed to HR Action Requests in the Employee Profile. The widget now displays all HR Actions associated with each employee in a single, consolidated view. Previously, managers and administrators had to navigate away from the profile to find this information. With this update, the full HR Action history is accessible directly on the profile page. You can also initiate a new HR Action for the employee from within the widget, keeping your workflow contained to a single screen.
Payroll
The latest version of the following 2026 forms is now available:
Maine W-4ME
Maryland W-4
Massachusetts M-4
North Carolina NC-4EZ
Oregon W-4
Virginia VA-4

Cost Center Updates on Pay Statements
Details
Previously, when a cost center was added or changed at the employee account level, existing pay statements did not update to reflect the new cost center; the system did not automatically recalculate or refresh cost center allocations on those pay statements.
What's Changed
When a cost center is assigned or reassigned at the account level, the system now automatically updates the default cost center on open pay statements within the pay statement pay period end date, if that date is later than the current date.
Note: These updates occur without requiring payroll recalculation or manual intervention.
Admin Benefits
Admins can now make cost center updates in real time
No need to wait for payroll processing to begin before applying updates
Reduces manual corrections and improves payroll accuracy and efficiency
What's Not Affected
Pay statement records that do not follow the default cost center remain unchanged. This includes:
Timesheet data with manually assigned cost centers
Imported data with predefined cost centers
Scheduled items with assigned cost centers
Scheduling
Scheduler
Create Schedule Permissions
Details
The ability to create new blank schedules in the new schedule experience is tied to the permission to Add/Edit Schedule Settings in the Security Profile. However, managers without these settings enabled may still be expected to create a new schedule.
Now, a manager without Add/Edit permissions may create a new schedule using From Blank or From Template or Previous. Once the schedules are created, they should not be able to edit the Schedule Settings that are created.
Edit Multiple Shifts
Details
In the new scheduling experience, only one shift could be edited at a time. This was different from the classic experience where multiple shifts may be edited at once. Therefore, a new Manage in Bulk option is displayed when multiple shifts are selected in the Weekly view.
When viewing the Employee Shifts calendar, hold down the Ctrl key and select shifts over multiple days. Then, click on a schedule to display the Shifts window, which also displays the number of selected shifts. The Manage in Bulk link and subsequent Bulk Edit Shift window allows you to adjust the shift details, including day and time, qualifications, assignments, and additional shift settings.
Group by Cost Center
Details
When using the 'Optional Cost Center and Skills' in Schedule Settings, and grouping by cost center in the schedule, only the cost centers assigned to the schedule were shown. If there were shifts with a cost center not on the schedule assigned to an employee's Scheduled Cost Centers, they are not visible when grouped by cost center.
Now, when the setting is enabled, the Group by Cost Center considers all cost centers that are assigned to any shift in the schedule and groups by those cost centers.
Also, when enabled, there is an option for 'Include All Employees and All Schedulable Cost Centers'. If enabled, the schedule displays all employees that are selected from the 'Employees Scheduled' selector and includes all cost centers from the schedulable cost center tree.
Manage Open Shift Settings
Details
When creating a new schedule, the Manage Open Shifts field previously defaulted to None, requiring customers to manually select Post Open Shifts on every schedule. This has been updated so that Post Open Shifts is now the default selection.
What Changed
A Manage Open Shifts setting has been added to Schedule Settings, allowing administrators to configure the organization-wide default.
The default value for this setting is now Post Open Shifts.
All newly created schedules automatically inherit the Manage Open Shifts value defined in Schedule Settings, regardless of how the schedule is created (manually, via import, or any other method).
Schedule templates are not affected by this setting. However, schedules created from a template or via import inherits the Schedule Settings value.
New Scheduler Changes
Details
Since the release of the new scheduler experience with R103, a few adjustments have been completed in this release.
Managers were able to edit shifts without scheduled cost centers, but these were not posting. This has been addressed in this release so that with permission to edit, you may also post the shift.
From the Home page, there was no ability to view multiple schedules in a single view, it was only available from the report view. Now, a select box is available next to each schedule on the Scheduler Home page. After choosing multiple schedules, click the View Schedules button to view and edit a multi-page schedule.
The Manage Future Shifts dialog did not allow the creation of shifts without skills. Now, if the application detects all the shifts selected are part of an optional SCC schedule, it allows the edits. You can modify multiple skills that may or may not have a cost center or skill.
The Actions > Delete Schedule option now clearly identifies the Continuous Schedule being removed. This option now displays a window to choose the date range, then a list of schedules to delete. One or multiple schedules may be chosen.
Recurring Shift Enhancements
Details
The continuous schedule feature, allowing managers to schedule employees to an extended data range, has been updated in the following ways with this release.
A new Add Recurrence option within the Add Shift panel allows you to set a shift recurrence schedule. Options include a start and end date and the repeat schedule for every day, week, or month. Based on the selections, additional options are available. A review of the impact of your selections displays at the bottom of the window.
You can now modify or delete a shift that belongs to a recurring rule without affecting other shifts in the series. When you choose to manage or delete a shift that is part of a recurrence, you are prompted to select Just This Event (for a single shift) or This and Future (for all future shifts that are part of the series).
Note: This must be done directly in a Schedule view (Day, Week, or Month) and its just by clicking on a shift that was added by the new recurring shifts feature. Modifying a series creates a new series with a new recurring rule.

Details
This release ensures that job descriptions for all existing jobs are now included in Learning.
Background

What's New
