General
Authentication / Authorization
Employee Self-Service Two-Factor Authentication Page Is Now Responsive
The Employee Self Service Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) page (My Information > Two-Factor Authentication) has been updated to be easier to use on mobile devices and smaller screen sizes.
Dashboard Widgets
Documents Widget Redesigned
The Dashboard Documents widget has been redesigned to make it more useable and to improve performance. Added to the widget are the following elements.
- Search: Bar with search button to help you quickly find documents.
- Filter: Filter by document category. Default is set to all documents. Filter is hidden if no document categories exist.
- Sort: You can sort by newest first, oldest first, or by alphabetical in ascending or descending order.
- Pagination: Hyperlinked pages, i.e., 1 of 5. When selected will open a pop-up where you can select a page number and select rows on page.
- List View: Displays your documents (up to 100) within the widget with 20 per page and each will have a download button.
- Accessibility: Supported

Earnings and Deductions
Added New Box 12 Codes for Form W2
In the Tax Forms EE section on the Deduction page and Earning page, the following codes were added to the Box Type drop-down for Form W2:
- 12hh - Aggregate Deferrals Under Section 83(i)
- 12ii - Medicaid waiver payments excluded from gross income
Scheduling
Manage Future Shifts
New options within the Modify Employee Schedules page, Modify Schedules page allows users to manage future shifts. Two options, Add Future Shifts and Manage Future Shifts, open a subsequent Apply Changes To section for selection of day(s) of the week to apply the schedule change.
The Modify Employee Schedules had limitations on the number of employees, 10, and the number of schedule months, 3, to be modified at once. This has been enhanced to allow 30 employees with a max date range of one year.
For a single individual, the Manage Shift window provides managers the option to update Shift Attributes such as time, skill, cost centers, and more. Fields left unpopulated remain.
When using the Manage Future Shifts option and when selecting an employee, a Browse and Select Shifts window displays allowing for multiple selections of shifts. You can then select shifts within those schedules and date ranges that need to be updated. After that the Manage Shift pop-up displays the changes. Only new inputs are updated on schedules and all else remain the same.
Scheduler Bug Fixes
Advanced Scheduler: Time zone issue when mass editing shifts in report
When a user mass-edited shifts from the Summary By Employee report, the time they changed (e.g., Start Time) was calculated from the company time zone instead of the schedule time zone. This has been fixed, and in this situation, the edited times are now calculated from the schedule time zone as expected.
Mobile App: Employee column doesn't freeze in Schedule Day and Week views
When using the View By Week report in the mobile app the Employee column did not freeze to the left side of the screen when scrolling. This has been fixed, and the Employee column now freezes to the left side of the screen, as expected.
Scheduler: Deleted daily rules displayed via the lookup search in New Work Schedules
When clients created new work schedules, sometimes deleted daily rules were shown in the daily rule lookup window and could be used to create new work schedule profiles. This has been fixed, and deleted daily rules will no longer be available to create new work schedules, as expected.
HR
No Multiple Rows When Manually Adding Changes to Job Change History
When there is a change in a personal rate table or the base compensation due to a manual update, import, or HR action, the system will no longer create multiple row entries in the Job Change History table, which will result in more precise and cleaner entries for the user.
Termination Notes Character Limit Increased
The Termination Note character limit has been increased from 500 to 1000 characters to allow users to enter more details. Special characters are allowed. This is located in the Notes field in the Terminate Employee page.
Benefits
Benefit Plans & Enrollment: A11Y Support for Life Change Events
For users of A11Y compliant screen readers, we have made updates to Life Change Event types to make it clear to employees going through enrollment which type of event is in use. For the Life Change Event type, companies may have multiple types. Historically, we showed the type of event in the card, but when the screen reader read this page, all the life change event cards were read as "Life change event" making it unclear which event that card represented. The only way for the employee to know the event was to check the details in the card. To make it clear which event is represented, we will now announce these events as <Life change event name>, announcing the life change and event type together.
Recruitment
Job Requisition Template Report Page: Remote Location Support
In the last release (R95/Oct 2024), we introduced support for Remote Job Location across multiple components of Recruitment. One area that did not get added in that release, but is now included in this release, is adding a Job Requisition: Remote Job reporting column to the Job Requisition Template report page. This column is to be added and is not a default column. Once added, it will show Yes or No if the template is or is not set with a remote job option.

Tax Bug Fixes
Taxes: Gross wages on pay statement doubled for EIT tax code
For customers subject to Pennsylvania local taxes, the EIT - Susquehanna Twp S D (228303) tax code calculated gross wages are double the actual amount. This has been fixed, and the EIT tax code now calculates gross wages correctly.
Taxes: MA PMFL withheld a higher rate than normal
For clients subject to Massachusetts PMFL withholding, payrolls run after 9/6 showed incorrect MA PFML contributions. This has been fixed, and MA PFML contributions are now calculating correctly, as expected.
Taxes: NJ employer SDI didn't calculate after rate decrease
For clients subject to New Jersey SDI, the employer SDI was not being calculated correctly after a rate decrease. This has been fixed, and the NJ employer SDI is now calculated correctly.
Taxes: PA Hermitage local tax calculated at non-resident rate
For customers subject to Pennsylvania local taxes, when an employee lived and worked in the same town, the system was calculating the local tax based on the work rate instead of the residential rate. This has been fixed, and in this situation, the local taxes are now correctly calculated based on the residential rate.
Taxes: Tax didn't calculate on all wages for Kansas City residents
For customers subject to Kansas City, MO local taxes, sometimes the Kansas City local taxes were not calculating correctly. This has been fixed, and Kansas City, MO taxes are now calculating correctly for residents of Kansas City.
