Summary

This document will outline the items that will be released in the next system update. The next system release is scheduled for October 10, 2024. If you have any questions regarding the notes listed below, please contact your designated Green Leaf representative(s).


Scheduling

Name Column Length

When viewing employee names in schedule views, long names were being cut short due to space limitations. With this enhancement, the Employees column has dynamic height sizing to accommodate long names to display in full.

Checklist Redesign

We are simplifying the visual experience of the Checklist and its various pages into a more cohesive experience. We have redesigned the entire Checklist Panel layout, keeping the existing functional flow in place. Animations, Background colors, styles and tokens are updated to provide a fresher look to the
Checklist. Changes were made to the Checklist Header, Checklist Groups, and Checklist Items.




Benefits

Benefits Enrollment: Employee Name Added to PDF

The Enrolled Benefits Document PDF will now contain the employee's name at the top of the page. Employees can download the PDF from My Info > My Benefits > Enrollment and My Info > My Benefits > Benefit Plans.


Recruitment

Remote Location Support for Job Requisitions

Remote jobs functionality has been added to Job Requisitions and the Job Requisition Template. A new This job is remote setting is located in the Job Location section of job requisitions. Candidates will be able to search for and apply for 'remote' job postings on the career portal, and hiring managers can recruit for candidates based on 'remote' locations. This setting will allow you to mark job requisitions with one of the following options.
  1. Remote
  2. Remote - {Country}
  3. Remote - {State, Country}
  4. Remote - {City, State, Country}
If the job requisition does not have a city tied to it, only the first three options will display. Remote jobs will be reflected on the Careers Portal and Show Job Page and will integrate with Indeed and eQuest. Job location will look first to cost centers, then EIN, and then company address.




Tax

Tax Export Error Message Updated

The "There are no finalized payrolls for EIN" error message on the Tax Export page (Team > Payroll > Advanced Payroll > Manage Tax Files) was updated and now includes the MasterTax ID for both single and Multi-EIN companies.
