What's Changed
The pay statement now splits the Minnesota Paid line into two separate lines:
Minnesota Paid: Employer minimum contribution only
PFML Pickup Amount: Pickup amount

Georgia G-4
We've modernized the Custom Forms experience with an updated interface, faster navigation, improved search, sorting, and pagination, making it easier to locate and manage forms. The column headers, layout, and search behavior are now consistent with other areas of the application you may already use, so the experience feels familiar right away.
What's New
Two new toggles have been added to the Schedules & Settings panel in the Advanced Scheduling Week View: Show Availability and Show Preferences.
When you enable either toggle, the corresponding data displays directly as visual overlays on the schedule grid, showing you availability windows and shift preferences immediately. The overlays use distinct visual treatment to differentiate them from assigned shifts, and your toggle preferences are saved when you save the schedule view. The overlays are read-only display elements—editing availability or preferences still happens through their normal configuration screens.
Custom Filtering
Custom fields on shifts existed but could not be filtered in the scheduler. You had no way to search for shifts based on custom field values.
The scheduler filter panel now includes a Custom Fields section that displays all custom fields assigned to the currently viewed schedule. You can filter shifts by any custom field value to quickly locate shifts meeting specific criteria without manual browsing.
Bulk Editing
When editing multiple shifts at once, the Date and Cost Center fields were unavailable in the Bulk Edit modal. If you needed to change these fields across multiple shifts, you had to edit each shift individually.
The Bulk Edit Shifts modal now includes:
Date field — Update the shift date across multiple shifts at once
Cost Center field — Modify cost center assignments for multiple shifts (supports zero, one, or multiple values depending on your Schedule Settings)
Auto-Apply Custom Fields
Custom fields to a master schedule setting did not automatically appear on schedule periods that were already generated from that master, as each schedule period becomes independent.
Now, when you save a custom field to a master schedule setting, the system automatically finds all period-specific schedule settings that are inherited from that master and whose period end date is today or in the future, then assigns the custom field to each of those periods as well.
Assign Schedules from the Custom Field Create/Edit Page
A new Schedules section has been added to both the Create and Edit Schedule Custom Field pages, allowing you to manage schedule assignments directly as part of the custom field creation experience. An 'Add Schedules' button opens a selection popup where you can view which schedules already have the field assigned and add it to additional schedule settings.
When you save the custom field with selected schedules, the field is automatically added to those schedule settings and appears on current and future schedule periods.
What's New
A new Schedules selector panel has been added to the left sidebar. This panel displays all available schedules and is automatically pre-populated based on the selections you made on the Scheduler Home page. The schedule selector includes a convenient Select All checkbox at the top of the list, allowing you to quickly select or deselect all schedules at once. After choosing multiple schedules, choose View Schedules.
When you click the plus (+) button to create a new shift from Employee Shifts, the system automatically determines which schedule the shift should be added to based on the employee's presence across your selected schedules. However, if the employee is a member of multiple schedules that are currently selected and visible, the system prompts you to select which specific schedule you'd like to assign that shift to.
Calendar actions that do not support multi-schedule operations are automatically hidden from view when you have multiple schedules selected.

A new Group by Schedule setting has been added to the multi-schedule view settings panel. When enabled, employees are organized under visual banner headers for each schedule, like the existing Group by Cost Center grouping pattern. This setting is enabled by default to help you quickly understand which employees belong to which schedule immediately.
Copy/Paste and Drag & Drop: When you have multiple schedules selected in the calendar view, copy/paste and drag & drop functionality is now available for managing shift assignments. If you attempt to move or copy a shift to an employee who is not a member of that shift's schedule, the shift remains in its original position and a notification informs you why the action was blocked, including the employee's name and the schedule name.
Schedule Selection Prompt Now Filters by Calendar Cell Date: In the multi-schedule calendar view, when you initiate adding a new shift from a specific calendar cell, the schedule selection prompt filters its results based on the date of the cell where you clicked. Only schedule period(s) that contain that date is displayed.
Open Shifts Section: The Open Shifts section is now enabled when multiple schedules are selected. When managers create new open shifts, they are prompted to select which schedule the shift belongs to. The schedule name also displays on each open shift card for clarity.
Availability & Preferences Settings: The Show Availability and Show Preferences settings are now accessible in the Settings panel when multiple schedules are selected. Managers can control these settings directly without switching to single-schedule view.
Smart Navigation to Current Period: When opening a schedule from the home page that has no current period, the system automatically navigates to and generates the current period. Previously, the system would show outdated past periods by default.
Fixed Multi-Period Selection Navigation: When selecting multiple individual schedule periods and clicking View Schedules, the calendar now navigates to the current week using the earliest current week start date among the selected schedules. Single-period selection still navigates to that specific period's date as before.
Header Shows Selected Schedules with "+ N More" Chip: The calendar header now displays the primary schedule name alongside a "+ N more" chip when multiple schedules are selected. Clicking the chip opens a popover listing all selected schedules with their shift counts. An "Edit viewed schedules" link in the popover opens the schedule selector for quick adjustment. The primary schedule is determined by the schedule whose current period has the earliest start date.
What Changed
The shift color selector in the shift panel is now active even when no skill is assigned to a shift. Skills are optional, and color selection no longer depends on having a skill configured.
How It Works
When creating or editing a shift, the color picker is always available in the shift details. You can select a color to visually identify or organize your shifts by:
Department or job type
Priority or shift type
Any other organizational system you use
This works independently of skill assignment, giving you complete flexibility in how you organize your schedule.
What Changed
The budget violation check now compares the estimated cost displayed in the scheduler interface against your configured maximum budget. If the displayed cost exceeds your budget, a violation is flagged — regardless of internal calculation differences.
How It Works
When you create or modify a shift, the system evaluates the displayed estimated cost (which includes shift premiums, overtime, and other factors) against your maximum budget constraint. If the cost shown exceeds your budget limit, you receive a budget violation warning.
Violations are flagged consistently whether you:
Edit a shift and constraints are evaluated automatically
Manually run Validate Constraints
Post the schedule
Close Button for Home Start Banner: A close (X) button has been added to the Scheduler Home Start banner allowing you to dismiss it. The banner is immediately dismissed and your preference is saved.
Multi-Employee Selection for Recurring Shifts: You can now select multiple employees when setting up recurring shifts, allowing you to apply a single recurrence definition to all selected employees at once. The existing single-employee recurrence behavior remains unchanged.
New Select All Button to Open Shifts: A section-level Select All button has been added to the Open Shifts section header, letting you select all currently visible open shifts at once. You can still ctrl+click individual shifts to deselect specific ones without losing the rest of your selection.
What Changed
Open shifts are now available in the Summary by Employee report by choosing Include Open Shifts in the report filter parameters. For each open shift in your report parameters, the system displays:
Employee Full Name column shows "Open Shift" to clearly identify unassigned positions
Schedule Cost calculated for the open shift
Schedule Cost per Day showing daily cost impact
Schedule Cost Estimated At for forecasting purposes
All cost columns populated with values for accurate budgeting
How It Works
Progress tracker now reflects reality. Before, the progress bar could hit 8/8 (fully complete!) while the applicant was still on the review page, not yet submitted. That made applicants think they were done and then close the tab.
Now the review page shows 8/9, and only the actual confirmation page (after selecting Submit) shows that progress as 9/9.
We also renamed the review page to Review your application and added a friendly nudge: "Almost done! Review your information, then select Submit application."
Questionnaire pop-up points the way forward. After finishing the job-related questions, applicants used to see a pop-up titled "Completed" with "Questionnaire successfully submitted" — which caused applicants to think they were done when they weren't. We updated it to:
Heading: "Almost There!"
Message: "Your questionnaire answers have been saved. One step left — review your application and submit."
Button: "Review & Submit Application" (instead of just "OK")
Together, these changes make it clear at every step that there's one more thing to do — Submit — so fewer applicants drop off before finishing.
The Find Jobs and My Applications pages were not included in the previous portal refresh and retained legacy split-panel layouts with dense information display, outdated visual styling, and poor mobile optimization. This created an inconsistent user experience across the Applicant Portal.
