If your business is already registered with the tax agency and you need Green Leaf to add the tax ID to your account, please submit a request to our Tax Department and select “Add or Remove Tax Jurisdiction” from the ticket-reason dropdown. Please include documentation from the agency confirming the tax ID and account information.

Need to Obtain a New Tax ID?

Important: New tax IDs should be provided to Green Leaf as soon as possible when processing payroll for employees working or residing in the applicable jurisdiction.
