System Access Prevents Adding Time

If a manager is receiving the error "system access prevents adding time" when trying to approve an employee's time off. It means the group permissions did not give the manager access.

Please see the steps on the solution below.
  1. Go to: Company Settings > Global Setup > Groups > Edit
  2. View Group Permissions.
  3. Edit the Permissions of the manager in question.
  4. Select: 
    • employee time view
    • edit, approve
    • edit access by entry type
    • time entry field edit access
    • approve time off requests
