View Your Tax Tickets

View Your Tax Tickets

If you'd like to be able to view your tickets and progress within the Green Leaf Ticket Portal, you can request access in your ticket.

As soon as the Access Request has been received the Tax Agent can grant you access. At which point, an email will be sent to you from the agent with the subject line:

In the email, you will have the ability to "Accept" the invitation. Your user name will be listed in the bottom of the email. Click "Accept The Invitation" to create your password.

Once you have created a password, you will then be able to login. To see your tickets, click on "My Area". There you can see all tickets associated with your contact. To see ticket details, click into the ticket. Once in the ticket you can reply, add comments, and add additional attachments. You can also create new tickets from within your portal.

If you do not see all tickets under your online access, please let your agent know. From time to time, contacts can be duplicated due to contacts being related to multiple locations. Your agent can merge the accounts, making all tickets present under one contact within the system.

If you need to reset your password, you can do so by clicking on your initials in the upper right.

If you need any assistance please reach out to the Tax Agent working on your tickets.
