Viewing Team Schedules
Purpose
This document outlines the process for viewing team schedules within the Green Leaf Elevated System.
Please note that this guide does not cover all scenarios, and team schedule visibility may not be available depending on your company's specific setup. If you have any questions regarding team schedule visibility or its purpose within the system, please reach out to your manager for further clarification.
Step 1: Login to Elevated and Navigate to the Team Schedules page
Log into your Elevated account and navigate to: Main Menu (☰) > My Info tab > My Schedule icon > Team Schedules
Step 2: Viewing Team Schedules
From here, you can easily view detailed information about your teammates' schedules, including:
Who is working
Where they are working
When they are working
What they are doing when they work
To navigate between different days, use the arrows next to the date to toggle forward or backward, or click the calendar icon to select a specific date.
If you work across multiple locations, be sure to check that you're viewing the correct cost center’s schedule. The name of the current cost center is displayed at the top of the screen (as shown in the image below).
To switch to a different schedule, click on the cost center name and choose the desired location from the drop-down menu.
