All To Do Items Audit

In this article, we will outline the steps for checking any outstanding to-do items in the system. This feature enables you to run an audit on any outstanding to-do items, such as checklists, time-off requests, forms that need to be submitted, etc., and to perform actions like mass approving, mass rejecting, or deleting these to-do items.


My Reports>System Reports>System Utilities>All To Do Items

All outstanding to-do items will be listed. This will range from time off request, checklist, forms that need to be submitted, etc. 




You can use the filters to search by employee or to do type.













From here, you can select to do items by checking the box on the left side and using the Mass Approve, Mass Reject, or Delete functions in the upper right
