How to Access Historical Pay Statements
In this article, you will find the steps to review and download
your electronic pay statements.
Step 1: Once you log in, you will hover over your “My
Payroll” widget. Select the drop down option for My Pay Statements.
Step 2: You will have the option to view your most recent 4
pay statements and the option to view all historical pay statements. If you
select the historical option, please make sure to choose the date range. You
can only search a 12-month date range at a time.
Once you find the pay
statement you are looking for – click the Pay Statement button at the bottom.

Step 3: Click the Download PDF button at the bottom of the pay
statement to download it.
