How to Order Check Stock

How to Order Check Stock

Printing Payroll Checks In-House
If you prefer to print your payroll checks in-house rather than having them printed and mailed by Green Leaf, that option is available to you!

How to Get Started
To begin printing checks in-house:

1. Order Check Stock
Once you’ve notified your specialist, you’ll need to order check stock directly from Green Leaf.
Please complete the Check Stock Order Form to place your order.
2. Notify Your Payroll Specialist
Let your Payroll Specialist know that you’d like to convert to in-house check printing. They’ll make the necessary system updates on your account.

NOTE: Check stock can typically take anywhere from 1 - 3 weeks to arrive. Ensure you have check stock on hand, notify your payroll specialist, and allow at least two weeks prior to your intended check date for full system updates to be completed.

After the form is submitted, our team will:
  1. Process your order for check stock
  2. Add the applicable billing to your next scheduled payroll
Additional Notes
  • Green Leaf recommends maintaining secure storage for blank check stock.
  • Ensure your printer setup aligns with standard check-printing requirements for alignment and MICR readability.
If you have any questions or need help with setup, please contact your Payroll Specialist directly.
